Draw tutorial
Draw freeform shapes and arrows
Lets you draw straight on the map — lines, arrows, circles and free polygons — and animates them in. Use it for everything the map data does not already hold: an arrow of attack, a circle around a disputed zone, a boundary of your own.
How to
- Add the action, then pick Line, Circle or Polygon under Element.
- Click Draw on map, then click the map to place the points.
- Click Edit element style; it stays greyed out until the shape has its points.
- In the Stroke tab set Line color, Width and Style (solid, dashed, dotted or fade); a circle or polygon also gets a Fill tab.
- In the Head icon tab, set Head to Arrow when the line should point at something.
